Joseph, the ProRise Estimator was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection and assessment of my leaking gutters. We worked together to determine the best course of action. Andrei was the Senior Tech who did the repairs. He did a great job, was flexible and able to juggle his work around other trades that were also on site. The process started with a ton of education on how other areas of our home could use some help to protect us from heavy rainfall. They also covered the pros and cons of the different gutter/downspouts systems out there.

The project was done pretty quickly but throughout the process they checked in and showed us around to make sure we were OK with the work being done. We even had some landscapers on-site for another project and they were able to collaborate with eachother and make sure everything tied in well together.

Luckily their system was just installed before the lower mainland's heavy rainfall with an atmospheric river. It definitely put their installation to the test and we were very happy with the performance.

ProRise replaced our gutters on our house in Vancouver. Harm's team handled the installation. They were both very professional and respectful of our property, especially when maneuvering around the garden. We encountered some logistical issues, but Harm's team was able to resolve everything efficiently.

Tip 1: For the installation, the team will need at least 20 feet of space to park their truck, along with workspace. If street parking is limited, you may need to obtain a parking permit from the city to reserve the space in front of your house.

Excellent experience with Harm and his team. Our hidden gutter system needed a lot of work and the improvements done by ProRise were immediately noticeably after the first rain. Two things that really impressed us: 1 - the team showed up when they said the would and 2 - the clean up each day was outstanding, they even have a magnetic sweeper that they ran over the lawn and walk ways to catch any fallen nails or screws. Would definitely call them again.

The team was pleasant and professional to deal with, they did the job quickly and carefully at a reasonable price. I have a 33 year-old tile roof, they cleaned it as well as installed new gutters, repaired facia, and there were no broken tiles. In particular, there was a difficult section above an attached greenhouse that another competitive contractor wouldn’t consider without disassembly and scaffolding whereas this team just efficiently did it no problem. I’ve no hesitation in unreservedly recommending them.
